Russian Air Force drops 4 bombs over Shebekino, Belgorod Oblast

Russian military planes dropped four bombs on Shebekino in the Belgorod Oblast, with no reported casualties from the accidental "munition drops," according to Russian Telegram channel Astra on May 20.

Three air bombs were found in Shebekino on May 17. A FAB-500 bomb fell near a house on Rzhevskoye Highway.

The second bomb, a FAB-250, was found in the suburbs of Shebekino and was reportedly destroyed. Another FAB-500 bomb was found on Mashinobudivnykiv Street, damaging the facade of a house, a fence, and windows.

On May 18, Russian aircraft dropped a FAB-500 bomb on Nova Tavolzhanka in the Shebekinsky urban district. There were reportedly no casualties or damage from the incident.

Over the past three months, the Russian Air Force has “lost” 50 bombs over Russian territory and occupied territories of Ukraine, according to Astra.
