Russia strikes Odesa Oblast with ballistic missile, hits infrastructure

Russia attacked infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, no casualties reported, said Odesa regional governor, Oleh Kiper, on Telegram on April 17.

"In the morning, enemy attacked Odesa Oblast, targeting infrastructure again," he wrote.

Southern Defense Forces added that Russians continue their insidious tactics of precision missile attacks, including usage of ballistic missiles.

Earlier,  Air Forces warned of threat of ballistic missile attacks in southern regions.
