Russia conducts 10 attacks on Kharkiv front, 146 combat clashes on contact line – General Staff

146 combat clashes took place at the contact line on Sunday, including 10 attacks on the Kharkiv front in the areas of Lukianske, Hlyboke, Vovchansk and Buhruvatka in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: Russian and Ukrainian forces clashed a total of 146 times. Russian forces carried out 6 missile strikes and 57 airstrikes. They also deployed multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) 41 times to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements.

There were no significant changes on the Volyn and Polissia fronts.

In the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy Oblasts, the Russian forces maintain a military presence, conducting sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukraine's settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increasing the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. More than 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar bombardment, including Uhly, Hremiach (Chernihiv Oblast), and Kindrativka, Zapsillia and Myropillia (Sumy Oblast).

On the Kharkiv front, Russian forces carried out 10 assaults in the vicinity of Lukiantsi, Hlyboke, Vovchansk and Buhruvatka (Kharkiv Oblast). They also carried out airstrikes on areas near Hraniv, Lyptsi, Vesele, Neskuchne, Starytsia, Zarichne, Zelenyi Yar, Hontarivka, Tomakhivka, Yurchenkove, Vovchansk (Kharkiv Oblast). About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar bombardment, including Lyptsi, Neskuchne, Starytsia, and Vovchansk (Kharkiv Oblast).

On the Kupiansk front, Ukrainian troops repelled nine assaults near Petropavlivka and Berestove (Kharkiv Oblast); Stelmakhivka and Andriivka (Luhansk Oblast), where the Russians were trying to improve their tactical position. They carried out an airstrike near Ivanivka (Kharkiv Oblast). About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar bombardment, including Synkivka, Ivanivka and Berestove (Kharkiv Oblast).

On the Lyman front, Ukraine’s Defence Forces repelled 15 Russian assaults in the vicinity of Novoiehorivka, Makiivka and Serebrianka Forest (Luhansk Oblast), Terny (Donetsk Oblast), where the Russians, backed up by aviation, tried to break through the defences of Ukrainian troops. They also conducted an airstrike near the village of Tverdokhlibove (Luhansk Oblast). Artillery and mortar bombardments affected more than 10 settlements, including Makiivka and Nevske (Luhansk Oblast), Terny and Yampolivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Sivershchyna front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 10 assaults in the vicinity of Bilohorivka (Luhansk Oblast), Verkhnekamianske, Spirne, Vyimka and Rozdolivka (Donetsk Oblast). An airstrike was conducted near the settlements of Bilohorivka (Luhansk Oblast). Artillery and mortar bombardments hit Vyimka, Rozdolivka, Pereizne (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Kramatorsk front, Ukrainian troops repelled 16 attacks in the areas of Hryhorivka, Novyi, Andriivka and south of Ivanivske (Donetsk Oblast), where the Russians were trying to improve their tactical position. More than 10 settlements took damage from artillery and mortar attacks, including Kalynivka, Chasiv Yar and Klishchiivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Toretsk front, the Russians did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions, but conducted air strikes near Druzhba and New-York (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Pokrovsk front, our defenders repelled 32 attacks in the settlements of Novooleksandrivka, Sokil, Novopokrovske, Umanske, Yasnobrodivka, Netailove (Donetsk Oblast), where the Russians, supported by aircraft, attempted to force Ukrainian units out of their positions. They also carried out airstrikes near the settlements of Oleksandropil, Vozdvyzhenka, Vovche and Novoselivka Persha (Donetsk Oblast). About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar attacks, including Yevhenivka, Sokil, Novopokrovske and Umanske (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Kurakhove front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold back the Russian forces in the area of Krasnohorivka, where they tried to break through the defences of Ukrainian troops four times, enjoying the air support. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Hostre, Maksymilianivka and Kostiantynivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Vremivka front, Ukraine's Defence Forces repelled 16 attacks in the areas of Vodiane, Urozhaine and Staromaiorske (Donetsk Oblast), where the Russians tried to force Ukrainian units out of their positions. Urozhaine and Staromayorske (Donetsk Oblast) came under artillery and mortar attacks.

The Russians did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions on the Huliaipole front, but fired artillery and mortars at the settlements of Chervone and Zelenyi Hai (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).

On the Orikhiv front, the Russians, supported by aircraft, attacked Ukrainian positions near the village of Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia Oblast) twice. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Robotyne, Novodanylivka and Piatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).

On the Prydniprovia front, the Russians did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions over the last day.  They conducted an airstrike near the settlements of Lvove (Kherson Oblast). About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Mykolaivka, Olhivka, Lvove and Krynky (Kherson Oblast).

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian aircraft and Rocket Forces and Artillery units struck one artillery piece, one radar station, one UAV control point and 15 clusters of Russian military personnel and equipment.
