Russian air defense forces shot down four drones overnight: one above the Belgorod region and three over the Nizhny Novgorod region, claimed Russian propaganda news agency TASS on March 1.

There were no casualties or damage in the region, the governor of the Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.

Three UAVs were "suppressed" by Russian electronic warfare in the Dzerzhinsk industrial zone, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The city's industrial facilities are "operating normally”,  Dzerzhinsk mayor, Ivan Noskov claimed on Telegram.

Three people were killed in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast in a drone attack on Feb. 26, according to Belgorod region governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.  Telegram channel Astra later reported that the three deceased men were members of the Russian military, not construction workers as Gladkov had claimed.
