Russia attacked civilian apartments with missiles and drones in at least four cities in Sumy Oblast

Russia targeted civilian infrastructure in a drone attack in several communities in Sumy Oblast overnight on March 14, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported.

Shostka, Trostyanets, and Bilopillya, as well as the oblast capital of Sumy, were all targeted.

Emergency and rescue services are currently at the location of the strikes, assessing the aftermath, the administration said.

A Russian missile struck downtown Kharkiv on the same night, followed by subsequent explosions during an S-300 missile attack.

At least two civilians were killed and 12 injured in a Russian attack on Sumy overnight on March 13 after a residential apartment was hit. Emergency services rescued 10 residents, with five being rescued from under the rubble.
