As if Mexico’s 1-0 upset over defending World Cup champ Germany wasn’t bonkers enough, fans of El Tri caused a seismic shift of their own. Yes, earthquake censors were triggered as thousands of people watching the first Group F match in Mexico City lost their collective minds when Hirving Lozano scored what would prove to be the game-winning goal in the first half. Both Mexico and Germany play their next games on Saturday against South Korea and Sweden, respectively.
