RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs The World season 2 spoilers follow.

RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs The World has crowned the winner of season 2.

After eight weeks of challenges, Tia Kofi became the new queen of the world after competing against Hannah Conda, La Grande Dame and Marina Summers in Friday's (March 29) final.

Earlier in the episode, the first spin of the wheel saw Marina choose to lip sync against Hannah. Following a passionate performance to 'I'm Outta Love' by Anastacia, RuPaul declared Hannah as the winner of the battle.

La Grande Dame and Tia were next to face off and lip synced to 'Boogie 2nite' by Booty Luv, with Tia being sent through to the final smackdown.

The final lip sync of the season saw Hannah and Tia perform to dance classic 'Your Disco Needs You' by Kylie Minogue, before RuPaul declared Tia the "Queen of the Mothertucking World."

Following her win, Tia expressed how much the victory means to her: "It means the world to me to win, it's the perfect culmination of years of dedicating myself to drag and working hard at myself inside and outside.

"The one thing that watching the show taught me about myself was that even in hard times, I can still put a brave face on it.

"Aside from that, I feel like being the first winner of colour in the UK is game-changing. To give people who look like me that representation, it's really special, and something that I take extremely seriously. I want to be that beacon that shows we can all, no matter where we come from or what we look like, achieve our dreams."

Ahead of her international Drag Race victory, Tia made her debut on season 2 of RuPaul's Drag Race UK in 2021, with her memorable Rats: The Rusical performance establishing her as a fan-favourite queen.

RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs The World can be streamed on BBC iPlayer in the UK and streams on WOW Presents Plus in the US.
