RTD train crashes with vehicle in downtown Denver, several routes adjusted
DENVER (KDVR) — Several Regional Transportation District lines were affected after a light rail train hit a vehicle at 15th Street and Stout Street Wednesday afternoon.
RTD said the incident happened around 1:40 p.m.

There had been no reports of injuries to customers or the operator on the train as of 2 p.m., according to RTD. Denver police say the driver was taken to a hospital.
RTD shared the following route changes due to the incident:
E line – Diverted to Union Station
H line – Diverted to Union Station
L line – Suspended
According to Denver police, a driver went through a red light and was hit the train.
