The two most popular athletes in Kansas City met Sunday night before the Chiefs’ game against the Buffalo Bills.
Royals catcher Salvador Perez, who led Major League Baseball with 121 RBIs and tied for the lead with 48 homers, was the drum honoree for the “Sunday Night Football” game.
Before swinging at the drum, Perez visited the sidelines with teammate Nicky Lopez and Mike Swanson, the Royals Vice President of Communications & Broadcasting.
