Royal fans have spotted something odd about Kate and Will's Christmas card

Royal fans were delighted on Monday (18 December) when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge released their annual Christmas card, with an adorable Prince George and Princess Charlotte in toe.

The royal family looked picture perfect in their matching blue outfits, as they posed for British photographer Chris Jackson.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family. The image features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year. The photograph shows The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their two children at Kensington Palace. It was taken earlier this year by @chrisjacksongetty Their Royal Highnesses have also announced this morning that Princess Charlotte will attend the Willcocks Nursery School in London from January 2018. The Willcocks Nursery School has said: "We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte. We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January."

But a few royal fans have picked up on something that looks slightly amiss in the family snap – and, once you see it, you won't be able to un-see it...

Yep, on closer inspection, people on Twitter reckon that a pretty big thing seems to be absent from the photo: Kate's right arm.

'Has anyone seen Kate's right arm?' wrote one Twitter user. 'Did she lose it somewhere?'

Another added: 'I love this photo – but it's bothering me. Where is Kate's other arm??'
