We now know all of the races Matt Kenseth will be competing in for the rest of the 2018 season.

Roush Fenway Racing announced the completion of Kenseth’s 2018 schedule on Wednesday. The team had previously announced a few races on Kenseth’s schedule in conjunction with sponsor Wyndham Rewards but had yet to define the other races Kenseth would be running with the team.

Kenseth will compete in 10 more races

They are as follows:

• July 14, Kentucky
• July 22, Loudon
• July 29, Pocono
• Aug. 5, Watkins Glen
• Sept. 2, Darlington
• Sept. 9, Indianapolis
• Oct. 7, Dover
• Oct. 28, Martinsville
• Nov. 11, Phoenix
• Nov. 18, Homestead

The Phoenix race is one of the races that wasn’t previously announced. Kenseth won that race a year ago, his most recent Cup Series win. At the time, many wondered if it would be the last win of Kenseth’s Cup Series career since he didn’t have a ride lined up for 2018.

Kenseth hasn’t provided Roush much of a boost

If you were expecting Kenseth’s presence in the driver’s seat of the No. 6 car to immediately bolster Roush’s performance, you’d be unfulfilled so far. Kenseth has finished 13th, 17th, 33rd and 36th in the four races he’s driven the No. 6 car.

The team announced in April that Kenseth would be splitting time with Trevor Bayne in the No. 6 for the rest of the season. Bayne will be in the car for the 11 other races on the Cup Series schedule. Coincidentally, Bayne’s average finish of 24.7 in 11 races so far in 2018 is just ahead of Kenseth’s 24.8 average finish through his four starts of 2018.
