TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Mitt Romney is surveying the stage in preparation for his speech Thursday night to the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla.

The Republican presidential nominee joined staffers there for a group photograph. More than 100 campaign workers applauded as he entered the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

Romney adjusted the teleprompters he'll use to deliver the speech and conferred with senior staff, who pointed to different parts of the stage.

Romney will be the night's final speaker.
