Rollover crash in Toquerville leads to only minor injuries

TOQUERVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — Crews with Hurricane Valley Fire and Rescue responded to a rollover crash in Toquerville on Tuesday night that left one person injured.

In a social media post, Hurricane Valley Fire and Rescue said crews responded to an accident on West Center Street in Toquerville where a car rolled off the road and into the bed of a creek.

Officials said there was just one person in the vehicle and they were wearing their seatbelt. The driver was able to “self-extricate” and suffered only minor injuries.

“The occupant was treated and released on scene and was not transported to the hospital,” officials said.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office and two other units (Engine 43 and Medic 43) responded to the accident.
