More and more designers are opting out of New York Fashion Week this season, with Rodarte as the latest to shake up its fashion week calendar.

Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy announced the label will no longer show at NYFW. This season, they will host an intimate presentation at Paris Fashion Week and moving forward, Rodarte's shows will align the Couture Week schedule in Paris.

The brand will also introduce a third collection to its yearly production schedule which, according to Business of Fashion, will include "lifestyle" items like leather bags and trousers. Although it's not confirmed yet, the third collection will most likely show in New York, according to Laura Mulleavy.

Rodarte is the latest in a growing list of brands skipping out of the NYFW collections this February. Tommy Hilfiger, Rebecca Minkoff, Rachel Comey and Rachel Zoe will all show their Fall 2017 collections in Los Angeles instead of New York this season. Hood by Air will also leave its New York show slot for Paris this February, while Opening Ceremony is trading in NYFW altogether for a collaboration with the New York City Ballet later this month.

It looks like the changes to the traditional fashion week calendar won't be stopping any time soon.
