‘Rock steady’ student pays it forward to boxing instructor

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Pam Davis retired from nursing after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease several years ago, and she didn’t know what the future held.

“It’s important to keep moving with this disease,” Davis said, “and now I have a purpose, three times a week with my Rock Steady class at the Jewish Community Center.”

Senior scammed out of thousands thanks police that rescued her

Dawn Aronoff is the coordinator at JCC, and Pam wants her to know she’s appreciated by all the people in their class.

Aronoff was shocked when Davis and the class surprised her with FOX4’s Pay It Forward Award. Watch the special moment in the video player above.

If you want to nominate someone, FOX4 is always looking for more ways to Pay it Forward.
