Road closure in Chili announced. What to know

The Monroe County Department of Transportation has announced the closure of a section of King Road, stretching from Paul Road to Roberto Drive (at the CSX railroad crossing) in the town of Chili.

This closure is essential for road repairs and will be in effect from 9 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, until 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, according to authorities.

Motorists are advised to find alternate routes during this period.

Detour signs will be posted.
