<p>Between red carpets and IRL sightings, here are the best-dressed celebs of the week.</p>

<p>Who: Rihanna</p><p>When: September 28, 2016</p><p>Why: Rihanna presented her second FENTY x PUMA collection in Paris this week, a pastel showing that was everything we didn't know we needed. She took her runway bow in this pink outfit that is now haunting our dreams (in the best way possible), winning her best dressed of the week. </p>

<p>Who: Jourdan Dunn</p><p>When: September 28, 2016</p><p>Why: If you thought track pants and a frilly Victorian dickie-like top would never work, Jourdan Dunn is the wiser. She was spotted in Paris wearing the Off-White pants and an Erdem bib as she left a show. </p>

<p>Who: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge </p><p>When: September 27, 2016 </p><p>Why: Princess Kate's <a rel="nofollow noopener" href="http://www.elle.com/fashion/celebrity-style/g28890/kate-middleton-royal-tour-canada-fashion/" target="_blank" data-ylk="slk:monochromatic wardrobe;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas" class="link ">monochromatic wardrobe</a> for the Royal Family's tour of Canada is <em>everything. </em><span>Our favorite of the bunch was her turn in this Preen by Thornton Bregazzi<span> dress and matching Gianvito Rossi shoes. </span></span></p>

<p>Who: Bella Hadid </p><p>When: September 21, 2016</p><p>Why: Bella Hadid must have been watching <em>The Matrix </em><span>between runway shows, because this look screams Trinity. C</span>ontrasting leather and latex textures add interest to the all-black ensemble.</p>
