Rihanna spray paints anti-Trump message at iconic Cadillac Ranch in Texas, photos show

Rihanna has never been one to shy away from criticizing President Donald Trump. Last weekend, she spray painted her thoughts.

“F--k Trump,” the pop singer spray painted at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, according to pictures she posted on social media.

Visitors at the iconic Cadillac Ranch are encouraged to paint designs and messages on the 10 Cadillacs buried in the ground. Rihanna’s message was later painted over, according to a Texas TV station.

Rihanna wrote “81 days” in her Instagram photo, letting her followers know how many days there were until the presidential election.

She has long been critical of the president. When she called out Trump for refusing to call mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio as acts of terrorism in 2019, Rihanna said Trump was the “most mentally ill human being in America right now,” Newsweek reported.

Rihanna sent a cease-and-desist letter to White House attorneys in 2018 to get Trump to stop using her music at rallies, Huffington Post reported.

Her latest public message toward the president wasn’t around for long. Supporters of Trump painted over her message on Sunday, according to KAMR.

“Well, I kind of thought it was disrespectful for her to come to our town,” Grady Hodge told the station. “This is the heart of Trump country. Of course, she had a right to do it. But as you can see, we came out-we and came out with bigger forces because this is Trump country.”

Rihanna’s spray painting also caught the attention of a former White House doctor. Ronny Jackson, a Republican running for Congress in Texas, said Rihanna disrespected the country.

“If you want to save your career by badmouthing @realDonaldTrump, maybe ‘work work work’ on a new strategy,” Jackson tweeted, using some of Rihanna’s lyrics. “Not going to fly here. Texas is TRUMP country!”
