Facility had no capacity for ware washing. No three compartment sink installed in kitchen/processing area. No sanitation solution. No hot water. Ceiling tiles falling down into kitchen. Walls with holes in kitchen. Light fixture with no protective shielding. Facility is closed and its permit is suspended due to lake of ware washing.
Result: Immediate closure

Food packaged inside the facility without necessary labeling. Food items such as pineapple coffee cake missing allergen information. Rodent droppings inside the ware washing sink cabinet, underneath retail display case, in dry storage closet. Person in charge advised to contact pest control. Large gap in cabinet storage area. Restroom missing trash receptacle. Dust debris on air conditioner. Observed rodent infestation throughout the facility. Person in charge was told to eradicate infestation within five business days.
Result: Immediate closure
