LAS CRUCES – Not in the mood to cook Thanksgiving dinner from scratch this year? Local restaurants are offering reservations and ready-made kits for a holiday dinner.
A Bite of Belgium
Make a reservation at A Bite of Belgium for Thanksgiving Day and enjoy a traditional meal of:
Slow-roasted turkey and Smithfield ham
Cornbread dressing
Broccoli, rice and cheese casserole
Vegetable sides
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Pumpkin pie or one Belgium waffle with your choice of cream
Reservations for Nov. 25 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. are required. Adults eat for $26.95 and children 12 and under eat for $16.95. Call 575-527-2483 to reserve your seats.
Cracker Barrel
Pre-order a full holiday meal for pickup at Las Cruces' Cracker Barrel during Thanksgiving week. Options serve from four to six or eight to ten people. Meal options include:
Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Feast ($139.99)
Thanksgiving Heat n’ Serve Family Dinner ($89.99)
Turkey Breast - Heat n' Serve ($38.99)
Smokehouse Sugar Cured Ham ($69.99)

Golden Corral
Pre-order a meal from Golden Corral at least 72 hours in advance for your holiday plans.
Holiday Glazed Ham Meal ($99.99)
Whole Roasted Turkey Meal ($99.99)
Meals serve six to eight people. You can also order individual holiday plates with turkey or ham slices and traditional sides. Place your order online at www.goldencorral.com.
Mother’s Place
Mother’s Place is offering Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 23 and 24 and a carryout meal for Nov. 25, Thanksgiving Day. Carryout meals cost $22.50 per person and orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21. Pick up begins after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Meals include:
White and/or dark turkey
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Stuffing
Steamed green beans, candied yams, deviled eggs
Pecan or pumpkin pie
Call 575-312-2446 to place an order for pickup or to make a reservation for Tuesday and Wednesday. The business will be closed Thursday.
Mother’s Place is also accepting orders for apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, peach, pear or pineapple full-pan cobblers for $20 each. Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. Nov. 21.
Pecan Grill & Brewery
From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pecan Grill & Brewery will be serving a Thanksgiving Dinner buffet. The menu includes:
House salad
Brown sugar ham and/or braised and baked turkey
Turkey gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese
Green chile cornbread
Sweet potato casserole
Cherry, apple, pumpkin or pecan pie made from scratch
Reservations can be made by calling 575-521-1099. Happy hour is from 3 to 6 p.m. To-go meals for families of four can also be placed by calling on or before Nov. 15.
Ruby Tuesday
Prime rib and pasta are on the Thanksgiving menu at Ruby Tuesday this year, along with traditional turkey. Dine-in will be offered from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. The menu includes:
Slow cooked prime rib
Classic turkey dinner
Fall off the bone ribs
Homestyle pastas
Pecan and pumpkin pie
Handcrafted beverages

Salud! de Mesilla
Salud! is offering a “cook at home kit” for $20 per person. Kits include:
Thick shredded turkey breast with gravy on the side
Stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish and green beans
Pre-order a meal by calling 575-323-3548. Vegan and gluten free options are available. Orders can be picked up from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 24 and the restaurant will be closed Thanksgiving Day.
