Report: OT Wells agrees to one-year deal with Buccaneers

Reserve offensive tackle Josh Wells has agreed to a one-year, $910,000 deal to remain with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, The Athletic reported Sunday.

Wells saw action in 13 games, making two starts, for Tampa Bay last season.

The 29-year-old has started 11 of 52 career NFL games played. The other 39 contests and nine starts came with the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2014-18.

The Buccaneers drafted offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs in the first round (13th overall) of April's draft.

Wells played college football at James Madison and entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent.
