Fox News' Rick Leventhal on Thursday reported that law enforcement officials knew about "Suspect #2? as early as Tuesday. Further, investigators reportedly have a photo of the suspect putting down a backpack right next to 8-year-old victim Martin Richard.

The FBI has not released the alleged photo.
