2 people accused in Regina driveway shooting charged with 2nd-degree murder

Two people have been charged with second-degree murder after a man was shot in Regina's Regent Park Neighborhood.

Police said offers were called to the crime scene on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive around 1:50 p.m. CST on Sunday.

"Initial information indicated that there was a male on a driveway that had been shot," police said in a news release.

The shooting victim has been identified as 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr. He died in hospital from his injuries.

The accused — Isaiah James Dustyhorn, 24, and a 17-year-old male youth who cannot be named — were scheduled for their first court appearances on Monday afternoon.

This was Regina's first homicide of 2024.
