This is what Reese Witherspoon looks like after she gets arrested:
The Oscar-winning star of Walk the Line, Election and Legally Blonde was charged with disorderly conduct and arrested early Friday morning in Atlanta. Her husband, Jim Toth, was also sent to jail for driving under the influence. (RELATED: Reese Witherspoon mouth off to cop, gets arrested)
Witherspoon was not pleased by the fact that her husband was getting arrested and she pulled out the “Do you know who I am?” card before police promptly arrested her as well.
Toth had a blood alcohol level of .139 — nearly twice Georgia’s legal limit — when he was pulled over.
While we have no proof that Witherspoon was wasted herself, using the details of her behavior in the police report, the photograph above and the fact that her drunk husband was driving her ass home, we can safely assume that she was, in fact, hammered at the time.
