Recalls this week include strollers with faulty tires and bath seats posing a drowning hazard

A line of strollers with tires that can rupture and turn the wheel rim into a dangerous projectile are among this week's recalled consumer products. Others include several types of baby bath seats that fail to meet safety standards and pose a drowning hazard.
Here's a more detailed look:
STROLLERS
DETAILS: Jeep Liberty strollers with model numbers starting with JL031, JL032, JL034, JL035, or JL036 manufactured between June 2010 and September 2011. The model number and date of manufacture are printed on a white tag on the rear upper center of each seatback pad. The three-wheeled strollers were sold in different color fabric combinations with a metal black and silver frame including: green seat and canopy, gray seat and canopy with a teal blue stripe across the center of the canopy; orange seat and canopy with a tan stripe; tan seat and canopy with yellow stripe across the center top of the canopy; and tan seat and canopy with an orange canopy rim. "Jeep" is printed on the side of the stroller and on the front of the stroller tray. There is a plastic red toy steering wheel, ignition key and orange shift lever mounted on a yellow base attached to the stroller tray. They were sold from June 2010 through June 2013.
Stroller wheels with a gray triangle located on the rim at the valve stem are not included in this recall.
WHY: The inner tube of the tire on the stroller can rupture, causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off as a projectile, posing a risk of injury and property damage.
INCIDENTS: Kolcraft and the CPSC have received 39 reports of inner tube ruptures causing the wheel rim to fracture and fly off. Of these, 18 included reports of injury, with 14 occurring while filling the tire with air by adult caregivers. Two children received cuts to their chin or leg while standing near the stroller and 16 adults received cuts and bruises to their arms, legs, stomach, or head/face. Two of the reports included property damage.

BABY BATH SEATS
DETAILS: Idea baby brand infant bath seats for children 5 months to 10 months old. The seat is made of pink or blue plastic and has four suction cups on the bottom. An oval-shaped arm rail runs from the seat back and connects two side posts and the seat front post. Two star-shaped spinning toys are on the front of the seat rail above the front post. Between the two spinning toys is a round, inset plastic disc with the words "www.ideababy.com," ''Idea Baby" and "Made in Italy." They were sold at Buy Buy Baby and Bed Bath & Beyond stores and online at buybuybaby.com and bedbathbeyond.com from September 2012 through April 2013.
WHY: The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies.

BABY BATH SEATS
DETAILS: BeBeLove E-Zee plastic bath seats designed for children between 5 months and 10 months old. They have a white base with suction cups on the bottom, a back/arm support, a detachable back support bar that folds under the seat for storage, and a detachable T-bar front stabilizer that folds forward for entry. The back/arm support is gray, blue or pink. "Made in Taiwan" and "BBL" are engraved on the underside of the seat base and "BeBeLove" is printed on a sticker in the center of the back/arm support. They were sold from May 2011 through November 2012.

The seat is made of white plastic with blue trim and has four suction cups on the bottom. An oval-shaped arm rail runs from the seat back and connects two side posts and the seat front post. Two star-shaped spinning toys are on the front of the seat rail above the front post. Between the two spinning toys is a round, inset plastic disc with the words "www.onestepahead.com," ''One Step Ahead," ''Idea Baby" and "Made in Italy." They were Sold exclusively at Onestepahead.com from February 2013 through May 2013.

ARROWS
DETAILS: Easton Axis arrows in four different sizes and batch numbers, including size 300 with batch number 13169686, size 340 with batch number 13170143, size 400 with batch number 13170142, and size 500 with batch number 13169487. The carbon composite arrows are used for hunting and target archery. Axis, Focused Energy, Easton, the size number and the batch number are printed on the arrows. They were sold from February 2013 through May 2013.
WHY: The arrows can break when fired and hit unintended targets, including the user and bystanders.
INCIDENTS: None reported.

CHANDELIERS
DETAILS: Aztec Light Chandeliers sold at Lowe's stores under the Portfolio brand name. The chandeliers are metal with an anitiqued bronze finish and measure about 31-inches wide and 31-inches high. They come with etched amber glass shades and a decorative faux marble ball in the center. The upper arms of the fixture are single long curves and the lower arms of the fixture are "S'' shaped. "Aztec" and model number 34330 are printed on a sticker located inside the ceiling canopy at the top of the chandelier. They were sold exclusively at Lowe's stores and at www.lowes.com from July 2006 through August 2011.
WHY: The chandelier's fixture loop that connects the hanging chain to the lamp can fail during use, causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling and injure bystanders.
INCIDENTS: Six reports of the chandeliers falling from the ceiling. No injuries have been reported, but about $6,000 in property damage has been reported.

FRAGRANCE DIFFUSERS
DETAILS: ECO and RELISH Paddywax fragrance diffusers sold in three fragrances. Fragrances include ECO Blood Orange with Bergamot, ECO Grapefruit with Coriander, and RELISH Ocean Tide with Sea Salt. The diffusers were sold in a solid tan cylinder-shaped container measuring about 11-inches high by 2-3/4 inch in diameter. The diffuser includes a green or blue glass vase and evaporating diffuser sticks. "Paddywax" and the fragrance name are printed on the front of the cylinder. They were sold from January 2013 through April 2013.
WHY: The label on the diffusers violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the presence of petroleum distillates. Petroleum distillates pose an aspiration hazard if swallowed.
INCIDENTS: None reported.
