Soccer-Real Madrid win Champions League in penalty shootout

MILAN, May 28 (Reuters) - Real Madrid won the Champions League with a 5-3 penalty shootout victory over Atletico Madrid in the final after Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winning spot-kick at the San Siro on Saturday. The match finished 1-1 after extra time with Real captain Sergio Ramos opening the scoring on 15 minutes before Atletico substitute Yannick Carrasco equalised in the 79th. (Editing by Ken Ferris)
