REAL ESTATE PEOPLE: SVN's new broker experienced with real estate-owned property
Luis Viera, a licensed broker with over 32 years of experience in real estate sales, has joined SVN Commercial Advisory Group, in Sarasota.
He recently made the transition from the Philadelphia market to the local area. With a successful career in both commercial and residential real estate, Viera brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Tampa Bay real estate market.
Throughout his career, Viera has assisted investors in building their portfolios and helped banks and attorneys liquidate their real estate-owned properties. He is excited to pursue his passion for commercial real estate and offer his skills and experience to the business community in Parrish and the surrounding area.
Viera holds a bachelor’s in management from Eastern University and a master’s from Saint Joseph's University. His specialties include sale and lease of retail and office spaces.
SVN Commercial Advisory Group covers the Sarasota and greater Tampa Bay area. All SVN offices are independently owned and operated.
Ray Collins, a Global Luxury Realtor from the Coldwell Banker Downtown Sarasota office, was recently the guest speaker at the Coral Gables Coldwell Banker office. He talked about media, marketing and video production.
This was his second time speaking to his counterparts in South Florida.
Collins bought and sold nearly $50 million in real estate in his first two full years working in the industry.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized Martin Dimovski and Jesse Griffin with the CENTURY 21 2022 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. Both agents work with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises, in Longboat Key.These agents will receive a customized glass trophy, in addition to being recognized at the CENTURY 21 Global Conference.
The annual award is based on results from the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Survey, which is emailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home.
To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award, an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80 percent of their transactions surveyed from Jan. 1-Dec. 31, with an average survey score of 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.
Real estate agent Liliya Chegrintseva has joined Wagner Realty’s First Street Sarasota Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
Chegrintseva moved to the United States and originally settled in Portland, Oregon, where she enjoyed an eight-year career as a licensed aesthetician. She moved to Sarasota in July 2022 and obtained her Florida real estate license in November of that year.
