Reading Eagle: Keller Williams Platinum Realty agents win regional awards

May 1—Two Realtors with Keller Williams Platinum Realty in Spring Township won awards at the Keller Williams Greater PA Regional Awards Gala 2022 on April 7 at the Cherry Hill Hotel in Cherry Hill, N.J.

Kelly Spayd received nine awards and Peter Heim received two at the event.

The Greater Pa region had 10,000 agents in 2021.

Spayd received the following awards: No. 4 Individual Listings Taken; No. 4 Individual Listings Sold; No. 4 Individual Listings Sold Volume; No. 5 Gross Commission Income; No. 5 Closed Units; No. 5 Individual Contacts Written; No. 6 Individual Contracts Written Volume; No. 6 Individual Closed Volume; and No. 6 Individual Listings Taken Volume.

In addition, Spayd won the two top local awards from Keller Williams Platinum Realty: 2021 Top Agent Units and 2021 Top Agent Gross Commission Income.

Heim received No. 5 Individual Listings Sold Volume and No. 7 Individual Gross Commission Income.
