The Rick Scott for Senate Campaign has filed lawsuits against the supervisors of elections in two South Florida counties.

In the complaints, the outgoing Florida governor and Republican senate candidate alleges that Palm Beach Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher and her Broward counterpart, Brenda Snipes, have not allowed his campaign to view records of absentee ballot counts.

Scott's lawsuits follow a tight senate race against longtime state Sen. Bill Nelson. Although the race had been called for Scott, questions and concerns have now been raised over the final voter tally.

Similar concerns have been raised in the race between Andrew Gillum, the Democratic candidate for Florida governor, and Ron DeSantis, the Republican candidate.
