Ratings: ‘Scandal’ Remains Flat With Last Week on Night of ‘TGIT’ Fall Finales
NBC executives were all “T.G.I.T.” last night. The top-rated broadcast network won another night with its half of the split “Thursday Night Football” rights.
Over on ABC, the fall finales of “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal” and “How to Get Away With Murder” settled for third place behind CBS, remaining mostly flat with last week.
Univision actually finished fourth on Thursday among adults 18-49, airing the Latin Grammy Awards throughout primetime and pushing Fox to fifth.

NBC was first in ratings with a 2.7 rating/10 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 9.5 million, according to preliminary numbers. The “TNF” pregame coverage and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ decimation of the Tennessee Titans combined for those Nielsen figures.
CBS was second in ratings with a 1.3/5 and in viewers with 8.7 million. “The Big Bang Theory” at 8 p.m. scored a 2.6/10 and 13.2 million viewers. At 8:30, “Young Sheldon” earned a 2.1/8 and 11.7 million viewers. “Mom” at 9 had a 1.4/5 and 8.5 million viewers. “Life in Pieces” at 9:30 got a 1.1/4 and 6.4 million viewers. “S.W.A.T.” at 10 received a 0.9/4 and 6.2 million viewers.
ABC was third in ratings with a 1.3/5 and in viewers with 5.4 million. “Grey’s Anatomy” at 8 had a 1.8/7 and 7.5 million viewers. At 9, “Scandal” got a 1.1/4 and 5 million viewers. “How to Get Away With Murder” at 10 received a 0.9/4 and 3.7 million viewers.

Univision was fourth in ratings with a 1.0/4 and fifth in viewers with 2.5 million.
Fox was fifth in ratings with a 0.9/3 and in viewers with 3 million. “Gotham” at 8 had a 0.9/3 and 2.7 million viewers. At 9, “The Orville” got a 0.9/3 and 3.3 million viewers.
The CW was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and in viewers with 1.6 million. “Supernatural” at 8 had a 0.6/2 and 1.9 million viewers. At 9, “Arrow” got a 0.5/2 and 1.3 million viewers.
Telemundo was seventh in ratings with a 0.5/2 and in viewers with 1.2 million.
