Ratings: ‘Food Fighters’ Has Mediocre Start, But NBC Still Tops Tuesday With ‘Talent’

NBC topped Tuesday thanks to “America's Got Talent,” while its series premiere of “Food Fighters” had a mediocre 1.0 rating in the key demo.

Univision was the runner-up in ratings.

NBC was first in ratings with a 2.0 rating/7 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and first in viewers with an average of 8.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. The Adam Richman-hosted “Food Fighters” at 8 p.m. had a 1.0/4 and 4.6 million viewers. “America's Got Talent” at 9 scored night-highs of a 2.4/8 and 10.3 million viewers.

Univision was second in ratings with a 1.2/4 and fourth in viewers with 3 million.

ABC was third in ratings with a 0.9/3 and in viewers with 3.2 million. “Extreme Weight Loss” at 8 got a 0.9/3 and 3.4 million viewers. “Celebrity Wife Swap” at at 10 had a 0.8/3 and 2.7 million viewers.

CBS was fourth in ratings with a 0.8/3 and second in viewers with 6.7 million, airing entirely reruns.

Telemundo was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in total viewers with 1.4 million.

Fox was sixth in ratings with a 0.5/2 and in total viewers with 1.3 million, airing just repeats.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in total viewers with 755,000, airing reruns.
