Ratings: ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ Recovers a Bit Without College Football Competition

Arnold Schwarzenegger muscled up some better ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ TV ratings than last week, but NBC still settled for fourth place in the key adults 18-49 demographic. That’s pretty much because everything else grew too with no NCAA football competition over on cable.

ABC topped broadcast’s main demo with “The Bachelor,” though CBS scored primetime’s most total viewers.

The Disney-owned broadcaster was first in ratings with a 1.8 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 5.6 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelor” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.3/7 and 7.1 million viewers — those are both new season highs. At 10, “Big Fan” had a 0.9/3 and 2.7 million viewers.
