rabbittransit expanding in Franklin County

FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) — rabbittransit recently announced that it will be expanding its microtransit service, named Stop Hopper, to a new area in Franklin County.

According to rabbittransit, their Stop Hopper service will begin serving a new area in Fayetteville Franklin County starting on Monday, April 15. The company says that their Stop Hopper enables residents to schedule rides on smaller, neighborhood friends-sized transit vehicles.

Stop Hopper riders can travel anywhere within the designated zone by requesting a ride using the Stop Hopper smartphone app.

Riders can also call 1-800-632-9063 to request a ride.

“Stop Hopper has been a very popular and successful program in Franklin County,” Franklin County Commissioner Chairman Dean Horst stated. “We’re excited that the program is now expanding, and even more residents can take advantage of this affordable transportation option.”
