Questions remain unanswered one-year after Mojave’s deadly mass shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — It’s been one year since four people were shot and killed at a motor home in Mojave.

And questions remain unanswered.

New polling shows troubling road for reelection for Biden. How will it impact Kern County voters?

It happened just before midnight on H Street, near Cerro Gordo Road. The victims include Darius Canada, Anna Hester, Martina Barraza and Faith Asbry.

Sheriff Donny Youngblood says the mass shooting appears to be an isolated incident. And there is no threat to the community.

A $10,000 Secret Witness reward is available for any information leading to an arrest and prosecution.
