Queens student stabbed outside of high school by group of teens: officials

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — An 18-year-old was attacked and stabbed by a group of teens outside a Queens high school Tuesday, according to police.

The victim was leaving the Queens High School of Teaching after the dismissal bell when the attack unfolded, a source familiar with the incident told PIX11 News.

The high schooler was stabbed once in the back and twice in the left arm. They were taken to a hospital and are expected to survive their injuries. No arrests have been made, and an investigation is currently ongoing, police said.

This is the second reported stabbing at a New York City high school on Tuesday.
