TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Are you craving “pub subs” for Easter dinner? The springtime holiday is just around the corner on March 31.

Easter is celebrated by Christians across the world after 40 days of Lent.

If you forget the mashed potatoes or Easter treats this Sunday, you won’t find them at Publix.

Florida’s most ‘popular’ Easter candy, according to DoorDash

The Lakeland-based grocery chain announced that all of its stores and pharmacies will be closed on Easter Sunday. Publix has always given its employees the day off to enjoy the holiday and spend time with family.

Publix locations will be open for their normal hours on Saturday, March 30, if you need to squeeze in a last-minute grocery run.
