With PSD changing start times for 2024-25, here's when schools will start and end each day

Poudre School District is adjusting starting and dismissal times for many of its schools for the 2024-25 school year to address a critical shortage of bus drivers that requires optimizing routes to continue providing service without interruptions.

The length of the school day will not change under the plan, approved Tuesday, March 5, by the PSD Board of Education.

Here are the new school-day times for the district’s 49 non-charter schools. Charter schools set their own schedules and transportation plans:

When Poudre School District elementary schools start, end the school day

Bacon: 7:45 a.m. to 2:23 p.m. (no change from 2023-24)

Bamford: 7:45 a.m. to 2:23 p.m. (no change)

Bauder: 9:05 a.m. to 3:43 p.m. (15 minutes later)

Beattie: 9:05 a.m. to 3:43 p.m. (15 minutes later)

Bennett: 9:05 a.m. to 3:43 p.m. (15 minutes later)

Bethke: 8:25 a.m. to 3:03 p.m. (25 minutes later)

Cache La Poudre: 7:40 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. (10 minutes earlier)

Dunn: 8:50 a.m. to 3:28 p.m. (no change)

Eyestone: 7:45 a.m. to 2:23 p.m. (no change)

Harris: 7:55 a.m. to 2:38 p.m. (no change)

Irish: 9:05 a.m. to 3:43 p.m. (10 minutes later)
