The pros and cons of digital banking

You probably don’t remember the last time you stepped foot into a bank.

Instead, many of us now bank on our phones. In a recent survey, Consumer Reports found three out of four Americans use one or more banking apps.

With the rapid rise in digital-only banking services, Consumer Reports looked into which banking apps may be the best bet for you.

“We evaluated these apps for safety, privacy, transparency, support for financial well-being, and accessibility, said Lisa Gill with Consumer Reports.
