Prom-a-Palooza postponed by Harris County School District

HARRIS COUNTY, Ga. (WRBL) — For some Harris County promgoers, dress shopping will have to wait another week.

After forecasts warned of potential flooding, the Harris County School District (HCSD) decided to postpone its 4th Annual Prom-a-Palooza to Saturday, March 16.

“We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change, but the safety of our community is our top priority,” Shelia Baker, HCSD assistant superintendent of support services said in a statement Friday.
