Preview: 'Psych's' 100th Episode Pays Homage to 'Clue' [Exclusive Video]

"Clue" stars Lesley Ann Warren, Martin Mull, and Christopher Lloyd will guest star in the milestone episode.

USA's wacky detective dramedy "Psych" is celebrating its 100th episode with a night of murder and mystery, à la the cult-classic film "Clue." Even more awesome, stars from the 1985 comedy -- Lesley Ann Warren, Martin Mull, and Christopher Lloyd – are guesting in this milestone episode, "100 Clues." Garrett Morris ("2 Broke Girls") and Steve Valentine ("Crossing Jordon") also star.

In this exclusive clip, Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dulé Hill) are solving a very "Clue"-esque crime: finding a killer during a dinner party while a storm rages outside.

As Warren's sultry character (also named Lesley) starts to panic and tries to leave -- she insists that she's feeling smoldering flames through her chest due to menopause -- she's called back by Lloyd's character, who dryly says, "Cool your bosom."

A distracted Shawn also tries to calm her down: "He's right. There is a storm raging, Lesley, and there is a hungry panther, and your bosom is full … and there are six of us, and there's only one rip."

Billy Lipps (played by Valentine), a onetime rock star who was jailed for murder, misunderstands Shawn's point and starts to tear off his pants.

Word also has it that this episode will include a Madeline Kahn shout-out; the comedian and "Clue" star died in 1999.

No doubt this will be one of "Psych's" most memorable pop culture-based episodes ever. "100 Clues" airs Wednesday, 3/27 at 10 PM on USA.
