President Trump appears to mock Asian leaders during speech on tax reform
Some are speculating the president's body language during a speech on tax reform earlier this week was an attempt to mock Asian political leaders.
On Wednesday, President Trump was speaking to a crowd in St. Charles, Missouri, in efforts to promote the GOP tax plan moving through Congress, before he went off from his pitch and began saying how he's advised a few heads of state in Asia to boost their spending for defense.

"When I was in Asia, I spoke to a couple of the countries about it and they looked like this,” Trump said.
The president then hunched his shoulders, moved his head from side to side, and placed his hands in front of his chest in what some media outlets are calling an apparent attempt to mimic Asian political leaders.
He also murmured "mmm" sounds -- which appeared to imply some Asian political leaders do not speak English, according to HuffPost.
Trump said: “You know what this is? Hmm, hmm. That means they know they’re getting away with murder and they got to start helping us out. OK?” Trump said. (Watch Trump's line in the clip above at 1:02.)

His crowd responded with laughter.
During his speech, Trump also claimed the U.S. has been protecting wealthy Asian countries who failed to manage their money. He added that one country he visited doesn't “know what to do with their money.”
“We’re going to work on trade, but we’re also going to work on military when we defend nations that are very wealthy,” he said. “And we do it for almost nothing.”
