Power outage planned for part of Greenbrier County

ALDERSON, WV (WVNS) — A power outage is planned in part of Greenbrier County for facility upgrades.

The outage is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024, and in case of bad weather, Friday, June 14, 2024 is the scheduled make-up day.

Power outage planned for parts of Pocahontas County

Around 105 customers in the Alderson area of Greenbrier County are expected to be affected by the planned power outage, however Downtown Alderson will not be affected.

Those who will be affected by the power outage will get an automated call that will go to the phone number that is associated with their account.
