Pottstown Man Sworn In As New Montco Sheriff's Deputy
NORRISTOWN, PA — The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office has sworn in seven new deputies, they announced this week.
The new deputies, who hail from across the county, participated in a swearing-in ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the Montgomery County Courthouse.
The deputies include:
Kyle Crawford, Pottstown, former Montgomery County Corrections Facility corrections officer
Christian Dobush, Blue Bell, decorated corporal in the U.S. Marines
Montana Lighthart, Villanova, Montgomery County Municipal Academy and Shippensburg University graduate
Rubia Lloyd, Norristown, a newly minted U.S. citizen and graduate of the Unicesumar University in Maringa Brazil
Nicholars Malgieri, Hatboro, certified emergency medical technician
Thomas Mesunas, Lafayette Hill, first lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Temple University graduate
James Spencer, Oreland, a graduate of the Montgomery County Municipal Police Academy who also took credit at James Madison University
