Porsha Williams' Valentine's Day Present was a Major "First" for Simon Guobadia

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia have spent the last few months celebrating their love. In November 2022, the couple tied the knot with two lavish weddings and have recently been on a jaw-dropping weeks-long honeymoon. Clearly, the couple has had no shortage of sweet moments as of late, and The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum wanted to ensure that also included their first Valentine's Day as husband and wife.

In a February 12 Instagram post, Porsha documented Simon receiving stunning, colorful "Valentine's Day flowers." After Porsha encouraged him to read the card aloud, Simon happily obliged: "The card reads: 'Will you be my Valentine? Your wife, Mrs. Guobadia.'"

With a laugh, Porsha asked, "Will you be my Valentine?" to which he replied, "Absolutely. 3000 percent."

While flowers aren't exactly uncommon to see in connection with Valentine's Day, the gift was incredibly unique to Simon, "You may not know this: This is the first time I've ever received Valentine's Day flowers from anybody in my entire adult life," he explained. "This is a first."

"Not only am I saying, 'Thank you,' but I'm saying that you set the bar," he continued with a laugh. "I better get them flowers every Valentine's [Day.]"

Porsha continued to gush over Simon in her caption. "He said Yes," she wrote...[Simon] I love You! ...I knew we would [be] away on valentine’s day but I didn’t want to miss celebrating my love. I love you my King looking forward to many many more."

In 2022, Porsha opened up about why she is always excited to celebrate the occasion. "I love love!" she told E! News. "I love to be appreciated and shown affection by my loved one and friends, and I always try to show my love as well. Having a day dedicated to quality time is always the best!"

For Valentine's Day that same year, Porsha gave a lavish gift to Simon that included another major "first" in his life. “My dearest Fiancé loves his surprise!! I’m so glad my trip for him is his first time visiting Anguilla," Porsha wrote in the caption of the post at the time. "Plus it’s our first [Valentine's] vacay which makes it all the more special.”
