Popular Kansas City barbeque restaurant back open after flood repairs
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A popular Kansas City restaurant is back open after being temporarily closed for over a week.
Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque announced Monday it was back open beginning at 1 p.m. and would be back open for regular business hours going forward.

The restaurant at E. 18th Street and Brooklyn Avenue announced on Friday, May 3, it would need to close to make repairs after days of rain.
The excessive rain lead to flooding and plumbing issues in the old building.
