PopStroke opens first South Carolina location with Broadway at the Beach debut
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)– Here’s some exciting news– PopStroke Myrtle Beach officially opens today at Broadway at the Beach.
News13 got a sneak preview of the extravagant mini golf course.
A Sunday evening a VIP preview party was held and local media was invited to get a first look at the venue.
News 13 was there, and even had a chance to try out the course. PopStroke Entertainment Group Founder & CEO Greg Bartoli was also there ahead of the grand opening.
“Myrtle beach is dynamic, and it’s growing like crazy. You have seasonal tourism that’s pretty significant, a great golf market with a lot of golfers and then you have a booming local economy with population growth,” he said. “People coming from Canada and the Northeast and so on. Plus you have a lot of young families and retirees, and at the end of the day that demographic, which is everybody, is our customer here at PopStroke.”
The Myrtle Beach Location marks the first in South Carolina. There are currently 10 other venues across the country, and eight other are under construction with plans to open in 2024.
PopStroke is partnered with Tiger Woods and TaylorMade.
