Joshua Biles, 20, faces charges of felony obstruction and concealment of a death, related to the case.

Crews have a wide area of searching, which has reached around 160 miles as of Monday.

“Right now, we’re kind of throwing darts, chasing information and intelligence that so far has not been true from (Biles),” Dr. Lisa Briggs said with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Albemarle Police are also asking for help from the public in trying to track the movements of a red 1999 Honda Civic related to the case. Officers said the vehicle may have been seen on security cameras between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Friday, prior to the 911 call being made.
