Police seek 25 men over FA Cup disorder
Police investigating disorder at an FA Cup tie between West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers are trying to trace 25 men.
Trouble flared during the game at the Hawthorns on 28 January which led to play being suspended because of the "completely unacceptable" crowd trouble.
Members of the public and police were assaulted, missiles were thrown and flares were lit, delaying the restart of the game.
Six people arrested at the time have since been released on bail, and now West Midlands Police have released images of other men they would like to speak to.
West Brom were later charged with misconduct by the Football Association over the crowd disorder.
The images follow a review of all footage including CCTV at the stadium and officers' body worn video, the force said.
Det Ch Insp Chris Fox from West Midlands Police said: “We won’t tolerate violence of any kind at football matches.
“The disorder which broke out was completely unacceptable.
“The majority of the crowd came in good spirits to support their team but unfortunately a minority caused violence and disrupted the game for everyone."
Anyone who knows the men in the images should "come forward and give us their names", he added.
