Police searching for suspect who allegedly used stolen credit card at WinCo

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are searching for a suspect who allegedly used a stolen credit cards to make a purchase at WinCo Foods in northwest Bakersfield.

On Feb. 28, the suspect allegedly stole a woman’s purse while shopping at WinCo, located at 4200 Coffee Road, around 1 p.m. A short time later, the suspect was captured on video surveillance using the woman’s stolen credit cards to make a purchase, according to BPD.

Officials said the suspect appears to be a tall man in his 30’s or 40’s with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket over white shirt, blue jeans, and black and white athletic shoes.
