Police search for suspect in deadly stabbing on Las Vegas Strip

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas police said a man was stabbed to death outside of a gas station on the Las Vegas Strip early Friday morning.

According to police, at around 2 a.m., an employee at a gas station in the 2300 block of Las Vegas Boulevard reported someone was stabbed outside of the business.

Arriving officers found a man with a stab wound. Medical personnel took the victim to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.

Investigators believe the victim was involved in a fight behind the business with two people before the stabbing. Those two suspects have yet to be identified, police say, and fled the scene before LVMPD officers arrived.

Investigators ask anyone with information on the stabbing to contact the LVMPD Homicide Section at 702-828-3521 or via email at homicide@lvmpd.com. Additionally, those wishing to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or via the organization’s website.
